Say Hello to Leanne!
Please join us in giving a big welcome to our new Account Manager Leanne Poole who recently joined the growing team here at Delta Consultants.
Previously a Senior HR Assistant at Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon, Leanne had her interest in the recruitment process sparked while there and she is now relishing the opportunity ahead with a full on recruitment role.
She said: "A job forms such a big part of someone life, I love the idea of helping people get a job that they are really happy in."
"I've learnt so much in just the two weeks I've been here. There's plenty for me to keep busy with and I'm really looking forward developing my division."
Leannes arrival comes at an exciting time for Delta Consultants as we are all attending the IBMS Congress in Birmingham this year.
Deborah Hale Managing Director said: "Leanne really stood out in her interview because of her earnest core principles and great work ethic that we thought complimented Delta's values and standards really well."
Leanne compliments a strong team at Delta and has already exceeded expectations in how she has grasped interviewing candidates and is rapidly picking up the elements of her new role.
